  • Deep tissue massage therapy centers on realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the tense areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

  • Designed to relax the entire body and increase the level of oxygen in the blood to improve circulation and flexibility.

  • Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be. This massage therapy enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue throughout all phases of pregnancy.

    You must be through your first trimester (12 weeks along) to receive massage or body work.
