  • Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be. This massage therapy enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue throughout all phases of pregnancy.

    You must be through your first trimester (12 weeks along) to receive massage or body work.

  • Thai massage uses gentle pressure and stretching techniques to relax the whole body. This style of massage uses stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques to relieve tension, promote relaxation, and improve flexibility and circulation.
